Course Description: Notification of Change and Return Reason Codes are used to support the ACH exceptions process.  The effective use of NOC and Return Reason Codes is crucial to the efficient resolution of ACH exceptions.  Register for this webinar and gain an in-depth understanding of what the NACHA Operating Rules have to say about how and when these codes should be used.  Attendees will study the meanings of the codes used to facilitate Returns, Dishonored Returns and Contested Dishonored Returns as well NOC and Refused NOC codes.  You will also examine return flows and timeframes.  Discover the building blocks to a more effective exceptions handling strategy.
